“Chenin Blanc was a bit of a discovery wine for us — one of those grapes that suddenly makes sense when you put it next to food.

Xanadu’s take is fresh and vibrant, with citrus, green apple and a little nectarine. The fruit is hand-picked, naturally fermented in French oak and stirred on lees, giving it a creamy texture and extra depth while keeping the finish crisp and clean.

Brilliant with seafood, salads, goat’s cheese or anything with a little lemony freshness — a proper food wine, and a great one to discover.”
