“A fresh and vibrant Chenin Blanc with aromas of citrus and green apple, along with hints of nectarine. The fruit was hand-picked and fermented naturally in French oak barrels, which gives the wine added complexity. The wine was stirred on its lees (the yeast and other particles left after fermentation) to give it a creamy texture and a little extra depth, all while keeping the finish crisp and clean. Perfect with seafood or salads.”
